with cold cough and feaver. Fo those people, I will show you one best recipe. That is ‘Pepper Rasam’. First, take 1 tsp cumin seeds in the mortar and pestle. Add 2-3 garlic pods. 1 tsp black pepper. Crush it all into coarsely mixture. Garlic mixture is ready,
let’s remove it in a bowl. Now, turn on the gas. Add 2 tsp oil in the pan. Now, the oil is hot, let’s add 1 tsp Mustard seeds. 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds. 2-3 dry red chillies. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder. One chopped tomato. Tomato pieces are nicely sauteed. I have already soaked 10 gm tamarind
and removed extract of it. Add tamarind extract to the pan. Now, add water, if you want sour taste add less water. Salt to taste. Now, add pepper and garlic mixture. Add curry leaves. Add coriander leaves with stems, it gives good taste. Now add 1/4 tsp asafoetida. Let it boil upto 5 minutes. Pepper Rasam is ready, let’s turn off the gas. Remove it in a serving bowl. Pepper Rasam is best medicine
