  7. One symptom I constantly struggle with when having anxiety is confusion. When something happens that triggers my anxiety, my mind goes blank and my body just freezes, itโ€™s like I forget where I am and a simple question someone would ask me feels like a trick question and I would also have trouble speaking as my words wouldnโ€™t come out clear.

  8. This hits home in my house. I have been diagnosed with anxiety, and my 7yo is showing some major signs of school-based anxiety. sigh We're working on getting him help, but it's a struggle.

  9. This video is amazing. I never put the symptomatology that you described towards my anxiety. I was diagnosed with panic attacks quite a while ago along with some other things . I would feel what you mentioned but I did not associate it with my anxiety. The only time I really knew that I was anxious or extremely anxious was when I was having a panic attack. I was with a friend the other evening and I had a panic attack. It was like I had a stroke. It was embarrassing. I can be in a situation that's causing anxiety and actually start sweating but have cold hands and cold feet. I never thought the cold hands and cold feet were related to anxiety. When I worked as a nurse I exhausted myself. I was extremely perfectionistic. I arrived early on the floor to make sure I knew what was going on with the patents . Usually about 30 minutes before report. I would check and recheck things . I was very conscious of everything going on the floor. I never took a break or went to lunch because I would worry about my patents if I left the floor . All this anxiety was exhausting by the end of the day . I was not physically tited because of physical work . I was completely exhausted from anxiety . Great video . Your videos are helping me understand what is going on with myself .

  10. I've been diagnosed since I was 14 years old and it's honestly a bloody joke the symptoms are horrid and you feel like the worst thing you can think of is going to happen then your body is in flight or fight mode. Just ridiculous dizzy, pained, nauseated, cold, everything in this honestly felt I was alone and often thought I was being dramatic. I'm now 24 years old still struggling but anxiety will not win. These videos help ๐Ÿ‘Œ story time over ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜Š
