  1. Stopped smoking like 6 days ago. Why do I feel so…. uneven? I feel as if my motivation and interest went right out the window. This is horrible but I don’t crave a cigarette at all.

  2. never start, 65 been smoking for 52 years the longest without a smoke was in booth camp back in 71 we could not smoke for 7 days you have to want to quit, it is all in the mind I have been getting better from 3 packs to 1

  5. I quit smoking cold turkey after 30 years of smoking. One day I realized smoking is a shit. That was my motive and reality. Fact of the matter is, your sense of smell definitely improves and you do become much more sensitive to surrounding smells.
